Took the day off from work to celebrate my anniversary. After my bike ride hubby and I took 2 of the boys to the pool.  Being in the water felt so good on my hamstring.  Ahhh, the weightlessness of being in the water! Did a few laps and lots of treading water while watching the boys do their amazing feats off the diving board.

Mornings are beautiful in STG. Took my son to cross country this am then did a run.  There is a path that I have always wanted to run on so today I parked along side it and ran it.  Felt pretty good.   Hamstring is really tight (still)
