Did my little 1.2 loop this am.  I felt better than I have so I went one more block and into a cul-de-sac.

No pain is the key. Running the 3 miles last Saturday was not wise!! I hurt for 2 days after that. Small baby steps......

Remember this rule. You can only add 10% per week. So, if you go 10 miles this week, you can go 11 next week.
