| My knee is still holding up. No pain - that is in my knee - my lungs feel like they might explode. I have to spend time before and after my little jaunt stretching, which is hard for me to do. But worth it not to have the pain anymore!

| Just getting ready to head out this morning and my son tells me his art project is on display in the cafeteria and wants me to come see it. Sooo....I take him to school check out his project, hurry back for a half mile before I have to shower, do my next car pool and head to work. I know a half mile is nothing for most people on this site but for me its a victory against laziness. One step at a time. | Add Comment |

| Did my little 1.2 loop this am. I felt better than I have so I went one more block and into a cul-de-sac.

| Woke up at 4:30 (too stressed to sleep) at 6 I got up and ran. I havent run for over a week (I dont like the snow, rain or cold), about a mile into my loop my knee started tightening up, I finished my loop then walked another .5 mile to stretch it out a little. I still need to be careful. I fell short of my 25 mile goal for the month, but I made huge progress. Im pleased with my efforts. Merry Christmas to all!!
