Not doing that much cross training. Need to do more. Its good to see that you get out every now and then.

I hate the heat too!! I remind my husband (who LOVES the heat) of that Every summer!!!
No it was only in the 80's and most of the hike was in a shaded area. I will have to post our pictures on FB.
