Hamsting is hurting, I dont dedicate enough time to exercise and stretching to get over this.  Made it less than a mile before I decided to head back home.  I guess I still havent gotten the "running bug".

K- Overall good. Im just run down (lots of stress has broke my bod). Ive hung up the running shoes for a bit until I can get things under control.

I still check up on you. You ROCKED last weekend (and every other day)!! Loved your story about helping the other runner at WB.
