I cant explain my exhaustion!  This morning as I laid in bed, thoughts of my blogging friends went through my head; If they can run 10+ miles everyday, then I can run 1 mile today. I got up and ran a mile.  Walked a block warm up and a block cool down, did half my Yoga DVD.

Im sticking to Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday no matter the pain or lack of energy.

Hi there!!!! Hey, not all your blogging friends are doing 10+ every day! Getting dressed and putting on your shoes and getting out the door is half the battle! You did it! Have a nice sunny day down there in God's country!!!

I am so glad you were thinking of us and it got you out!! 1 mile is great, it is 1 more than the rest of the world did today, right?

How is the knee?

From Sunnyrun on Thu, Jan 29, 2009 at 17:23:48

Yes, its better than zero!!!!!!!!!!

Knee is ok, its my hamstring that is causing the most problems.

Are you feeling better today?
