I did it!  I ran a mile this am.  I felt like a ton of bricks.  Every step was like running through knee deep mud.  I could see where I needed to go to get to the .5 mile marker - I kept my eyes fixed on it and just kept trudging along. Made it there, turned and kept running back.  I finished the mile, did a little walk cool down, then rode the bike inside.  Finished with a great stretch. So far, no pain in knee or hamstring.  Lungs hurt a little but thats because I havent used them in 2 months.

YEAH!!!!! I am so glad there was no pain. Just take it easy so it will stay that way. Some days are like that (running through the mus) no matter how much and how far and how often you run. You need to find someone to run with you, then it will keep your mind off of it. Move here, I will volunteer for the job!

Have a good day you runner!!!
