I took advantage of the Beautiful weather here in STG and spent most of the day outside.  Before my runs I usually dont have/make time for a warm up, but today I walked over a half mile before I ran my 1.5 mile loop.  I think it really helped stretch my leg out before I ran , I'll need to do more of that this week.  Also went on a leisure bike ride with my husband and one of my sons. Great day!

Im So grateful for the sunshine and warm days. Today I had the sun roof open and the windows down. I miss my friends up north but Love the winters here!!

You both had great Monday workouts! Way to go!
