My lack of sleep has gotten the best of me. My mind was willing but I woke at 3 with a sore throat, Im sickkkkkkkkk. ahhhhhh! Hope to feel better for tomorrows run. Water ..Water.. Water..Positive healthy thoughts..................
I do hear you on the sleep issue. I feel like CRUD, really. I am so tired and run down. Maybe when the kids finally start school next week I can squeeze in an afternoon nap (if my 3 year old will cooperate).
I really do not know how you do it all and work, too. You are amazing!
Get some rest SOMEHOW.

Thanks - I really miss the afternoon naps I use to take prior to working. Yea for school starting! Run a few extra miles for me this week!!
Hey Girl - youre the best! Im feeling a little better. I came up to Aspen CO on Wednseday. Talk about my head wanting to explode with the high altitute. This cold has kicked my butt!
Oh, see, I like the cold. St George kills me, too hot! Northern Utah is absolutely perfect today!! 70's, overcast, a little breeze. I LOVE IT!
Have you tried running in the high altitude?? Yikes!
