Reevaluated my goals due to my "injury".  I have to get my head on straight and get out and move around.  I am gaining weight as I type!!

With my leg hurting, I didnt even attempt to run, did Yoga then went on a 2 mile walk.  Stretched a lot after wards.  Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday are my days to be outside before work either walking or running.

It was nice meeting you at the condo before SG1/2. Sorry about your hurt leg. It's a bummer when you can't run. Keep at it with your goals and you'll be back to your former running self again. I'm sun-envy.

You are way to skinny girl! I would not worry about that! But exercise is good and I LOVE walking. Wish I was there, I would walk with you!!! Keep it up and stay positive!
