good luck with your training! since you like swimming and biking too would you consider doing a sprint triathlon? i always wanted to but i just don't think i have the coordination to do anything but run :)

Good workout! See if you can go 2.5 or 3 miles this Sat. That will help you determine if you can get the 5k next week.
