I woke up on time to get my little 1.5 mile run and yoga in but my two older boys are taking their UBSCT tests starting today, and I wanted them to have a healthy breakfast. They usually pour a hefty bowl of cold cereal, but I want their minds sharp, and Captin Crunch dosnt cut it! Theres something about Mom being in the kitchen that draws all the kids and conversations into it. We had a great morning but by the time my husband took them to school it was 7:45. Last month I would have bagged running, but not now, Im sticking to my goal!! I did a quick mile, quitck stretch, quick shower all before my next car pool and off to work.
