Im So proud of myself! I really struggle with time constraints . I have so much on my plate and Im so worried about failure that I sometimes dont try, therefore I wont fail. BAD BAD I know!
Today I walked/ran for 41 min. I wanted to go 30 and I did it! I ran a mile then walked then ran the other 1.5 miles. My leg hurt in between but I walked with wide strides to stretch out my leg and was able to run again. Now I know I can do it. I can accomplishment my running goals (just got to keep my leg injury free). |
