I take my big American Bull dog with me in the mornings, this morning we were on our usual route when she spotted a rabbit. She took off like a bullet, dragging me along, we must have been at a 4 min mile pace for over a 100 yards, before I got her to stop.  I only out weigh her by about 35 pounds so it took every ounce of me to stop her. What an adventure.  We ended up on another street than I normally dont take but Im sure I still got my mile run in AND my mile walk.

Did AM/PM Yoga afterwards- it helps when I get up on time, I can accomplish a lot more before work.
